The venue is exceptionally clean and big, views are spectacular, the location is perfectly comfortable and handy near lots of shopping, restaurants and wine bars in the evening and bars, shops around. The rooms are beautifully presented and brand-new with a private safe, a minibar, and central heating. Staff is extremely helpful and you can park your car nearby😃

Spotless hotel with comfortable location in Florence right by the San Lorenzo market for open air shopping at the numerous vendor stalls selling everything: shoes, clothing, jewelry, and leather and many restaurants and main attractions and which is really convenient. Really had enjoyable stay on vacation.

The place of this hotel is very good - just 10min walk from the Firenze S.M.N. The room is small but it's quite clean. The breakfest is simple but it's not bad (with this price level). With this price I'm quite happy to stay in this hotel. I will recommend this one to my friends.

Excellent location - just 2-3 minute walk from the Duomo, five minute walk from the train station. Within easy and charming walking distance to everything in Florence. Free Internet in lobby. Room rate was very inexpensive.
Poor quality breakfast. Rooms need more pillows.

We had a lovely stay with our daughter and really appreciated Alessandro's help carrying our bags and giving us spot-on tips about the area. The comfy lounge and a small terrace were perfect for relaxing after our day out. Although the breakfast was a bit basic, the charm of the place made it all worth it! 😊
